Our Founder

Charles Yezbak founded Yezbak Law Offices in 1998 to help employees.  Our focus remains employee rights.  Yezbak has helped thousands of workers recover unpaid wages.

Frequently invited to speak to groups about the FLSA, wage and hour law, and other employment law issues, Yezbak has also spoken at continuing education seminars for lawyers and as a guest lecturer at college campuses. He senior editor of the wage and hour law treatise Wage and Hour Laws: A State-by-State Survey (BNA Books), and has contributor to The Fair Labor Standards Act (BNA Books).

The publication Mid-South Super Lawyers recognized Yezbak as a Super Lawyer in labor and employment law every year since 2010. The Best Lawyers in America© has also recognized him in the category “litigation – labor and employment” every year since 2013. 

Yezbak received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business in 1990 and a Doctor of Law from Emory University School of Law in 1994.
